Bourne Bed and Breakfast’s guest accommodations include seven bedrooms, each individually appointed with family and traditional furnishings. Each guest room is uniquely different – from our spacious first-floor garden suite with private deck to our third-floor rooms with slanted ceilings. All our guest rooms and suites feature private baths, heat, air conditioners, mini-refrigerators, flat screen televisions, hair dryers, irons, and ironing boards. Daily housekeeping services are available. Complimentary wireless Internet is available throughout the Inn. A continental breakfast, including fresh baked goods, bagels, fruit, yogurt, coffee, tea, and juices, is served daily.
Room 1
Located on the first floor, this room is one of our larger rooms, with a beautiful bay window overlooking the side yard and palladium windows along the front of the house. The room has a King bed, shower, and sink separate from the shower/toilet. This room is conveniently located just steps from the front door for easy access. Amenities include A/C, ceiling fan, a flat screen TV, refrigerator, hair dryer, iron, and ironing board.
Located on the first floor, this bright and airy 3 room suite is the largest in the Inn. It includes a queen bedroom with a 28″ flat screen TV, a glass-enclosed showered bathroom, and a large separate sitting area with a 55″ flat screen TV and DVD player, refrigerator, Keurig machine, and microwave. The suite has more of an apartment feel with a nice hallway separating the bedroom from the sitting room, and the bathroom set off the hallway. This suite includes a small, private deck off the bedroom facing the back and side gardens, with a bistro table and chairs, along with a separate entrance from the front porch (along with the regular inside entrance). Amenities include A/C, ceiling fan, a hair dryer, iron, and ironing board.
Located on the first floor, this room houses a Queen bed. It is cozy and convenient to the large living room/dining room and has beautiful views of the secluded backyard. The bathroom includes a shower with window in the bathroom. Amenities include A/C, ceiling fan, a flat screen TV, refrigerator, hair dryer, iron, and ironing board.
Located on the second floor, this room is one of our more elegant guest rooms, with a 4 post Queen bed, period furniture, and a relaxed, bright, comfortable setting. The bathroom houses a bathtub with shower, along with a window. Amenities include A/C, ceiling fan, a 32″ flat screen TV, refrigerator, hair dryer, iron, and ironing board.
Located on the second floor, this three room suite contains a full bedroom with Queen bed and a 32″ TV, a sitting room with love seat, 32″ TV, and a large airy bathroom with shower. Facing the side and back of the Inn, the views of the yard are beautiful. Amenities include A/C, ceiling fan, a refrigerator, hair dryer, iron, and ironing board.
Located on the third floor, this room has all the charm of a top floor room in an old Victorian, exuding a cozy atmosphere with its King size bed, slanted roof line and palladium window. The bathroom contains shower and window to complement this out of the way room. Amenities include A/C, a 43″ flat screen TV, refrigerator, hair dryer, iron, and ironing board.
Located on the third floor, this room comes with a Queen bed and a showered bathroom with window. Out of the way and quietly situated on the top floor, this room provides a sanctuary facing the backyard of the Inn. Amenities include A/C, a 32″ flat screen TV, refrigerator, hair dryer, iron, and ironing board.
While we love children and 4 legged family members, our 1860s home is not a suitable choice for your stay while here in Ogunquit. Our rooms can only allow up to two guests per room and can not accommodate cribs or rollaways. Rates do not include Maine 9% room tax. A deposit of the greater of one night or 50% of your total stay, including tax, is payable upon booking; the balance is payable upon check in. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. A two-night minimum stay is required on most weekends, 3-4 nights on major holiday weekends. Suite Room 5 has a two-night minimum stay and Suite Room 2 has a 4-night minimum unless otherwise noted. Please call us to see if we can accommodate an exception. Check In is between 3:00 PM and 6:00PM. If you are going to be later than 6:00PM, please let us know in advance so we can make accommodations. Check Out time is 11:00 AM Complementary parking is available for one car per room. If you require parking for additional cars, or if you have an oversized vehicle please give us a call and we can assist you with finding other parking options. Smoking is not permitted inside the inn or on the front porch. A $250 penalty will apply for smoking inside or on the front porch.
If you do need to cancel or change your reservation, we ask that you call us as soon as possible at 207-646-3891. A $35 cancellation/change fee per room will apply to all reservations. A refund of your deposit, less the $35 per room cancellation fee, will be made for reservations cancelled at least 14 days prior to your scheduled arrival. Within 14 days deposits are non-refundable, and you will be charged for your entire stay. We are unable to provide refunds for early departures. We recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect you should your plans have to change at the last minute.
